Co-ops at Merrimack College

Most college students do internships - that’s a given. But, what about co-op programs? Some schools offer cooperative education programs that allow students to take full-time positions while they’re in school to get total hands-on experience. Merrimack College has a program like this one of our members wanted to learn a little more.

Here is one student’s review of Merrimack College.

The Good:

The size. It gives you the ability to get to know the faculty and student body on a more personal level. This allows you to develop better relationships and gain a better learning experience.

The Bad:

The campus policies. They were very inconsistent, I found that depending on what RA you had the rules changed which caused for a lot of confusion and often unfair punishment.

Would I do it again?

Yes, Because college provided me an unforgettable experience, both on an educational and social level. I think it made me a stronger and more well rounded person.
